Good evening WECHS community. This is Ms. Sorel with a few announcements for the upcoming week. 

No School-There will be no high school or college classes on Monday, January 20th due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.

No WCC Classes-We will hold our regular schedule for high school classes and Graduate Seminar on Tuesday, January 21st. There will be no college classes on this date due to WCC Professional Development for staff.

Community Stop Day-Tuesday, January 21st will be a Community Stop Day for bus riders.

Winter Formal-Student Council presents the Nevermore Nights Dance in the gym on Saturday, January 25th from 7-9 pm. Tickets are $15 per person and $25 for a couples’ ticket. Tickets can be purchased from Mr. Byers during lunch or Mrs. Wright through Tuesday, January 21st.

Whimsical Wednesday-For the upcoming Whimsical Wednesday, we ask that students dress like they are in a Romantic Comedy movie. Students who participate can earn points for their Den.

Graduate Yearbook Dedication Pages-If you would like to purchase a parent dedication in the yearbook for your graduate, these are due next Friday, January 24th. Prices start at $25. For full pricing and submission details, please see the form attached in your email 2025 Yearbook Parent Dedication.
