the fast track in towering the pack is the motto of looks Early College High School of the Wolves track of dual enrollment of high school and college but we want to empower you while you're on that track to make those good decisions learn those great study habits and look around you for that support of the pack to empower you to be successful and I hope to later graduate both of my high school diploma and my cousin and move on to University and safe I want to be a neonatal nurse so right now I'm I'm getting my associates in arts but I'm doing all the pre-med classes and then I'm transferring to John Hopkins senior explains whether you're on the fast track or making a come back staff and students are there to ensure that you're doing what you need to do to be successful on your own terms I would say that the Early College is a customized way for students to both are high school diploma along with their associate's degree and I'm helping those students progress on to a 4-year University who are looking for a little bit more challenge 2 taking something different out of their High School experience I decided to come here at the other college because I knew that my career would take a little more time than usual and I know that you're at the Early College is a great opportunity to get ahead many students in Paris when are considering the early college program what am I giving up by not attending the high school in my district the answer is nothing recently a lot of the questions have been tailored around can our students play sports can our students be actively involved in the arts program and the answer this year is yes we are very excited that our students are able to participate in their home District in sporting activities you can now join sports with your District High School and hopefully I'll be there in tennis and golf so I'm excited about that early college high school work ethic students need to have that work at you know we're not looking for the Straight A's to we're not looking for the you know the student that is the high flyer of their plath's we're looking for someone that can persevere that has work ethic and that's willing to put in the extra time in the extra mile more vigorous goes deeper in than you would at a regular High School all classes up here are honors and they really want you to strive for greatness at the same time and if you do extracurricular activity do you have to know how to balance that out it's a great opportunity for students to explore to take different classes at the community college figure out what it is that really excites them that really reaches their passions earlier in the year students were asked to create an AR expression of what the Early College means to them Sarah sums it up best with her painting when you come here sort of like a stage and then with this family-oriented place is just like you grow in the end of and you blossom into a beautiful flower
